Love Community Missionary Baptist Church is a new church in Forney, TX. The founding pastor is Rev. Dr. Michael O. Oyedokun II. Love Community is a church founded on the principle of God’s Love for His people. Through this LOVE we were given a gift through the man Jesus Christ. Love Community Baptist Church believes in the atoning work on the cross by Christ.
Love Community Baptist Church believes in community. We believe that God has a plan for every person and we are to accept His grace and mercy so that we can live an abundant life (John 10:10). At Love Community we believe in regeneration and we believe that EVERY ONE is LOVED by God.
We believe in the bible as the Word of God. In God’s word He tells us to love our neighbor as ourselves. With this command we are to engage in community efforts such as the intent to help youth, men, women, marriages, singles, health, mental health and spiritual growth. We seek to spread the gospel and the power of the gospel to those who need and desire to hear the Word of God.
Michael and Shantell have served communities through youth empowerment and other endeavors. Dr. Oyedokun served in the Round Rock community for the last 13 years and now God has commissioned him to serve in the city of Forney and surrounding areas. We are excited about what God has placed before us and we trust in God every step of the way.
