Attending a new church on a Sunday morning can be an intimidating but rewarding experience. Here’s some of what you can expect when you arrive at Love Community Baptist Church on any Sunday for the worship experience:
WHERE ARE WE
We are located inside the Field House at North Forney High School at 6170 Falcon Way, Forney, TX. The Field House is located on the West Side of the school by the Football, Baseball and Softball Field. Please park in the parking lot by the portable buildings. Enter through the door by the street.
PARKING
Plenty of parking is available on the west side of North Forney High School (side of football field). After you’ve parked, you can enter through the side door where the parking lot is. Someone will be there to welcome to you and greet you in a warm manner.
CHILDREN
Our kids are worth investing in and that’s why we’ve created a high-energy worship experience. Kids and children are welcome in our worship service. We have a children’s church for youth of all ages. Even our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ rebuked those for wanting to exclude the children.
WORSHIP
We believe that worship is the core of who we are at Love Community Baptist Church. Being reminded that God is present among us is the focus of our time spent together. So we invite you to join in with us during the worship service. No matter your praise style we have a desire for you to lift up the name of Jesus. Worship is connecting with God during the time of fellowship with other believers. We encourage you to feel welcomed in our Worship service.
BIBLE TEACHING
The Bible is the story of God’s interaction with humanity and our primary source for learning about our relationship with Him. We think church should be a place where the Bible is explained and you leave with a knowledge of the Word that can be applicable in your daily life. We are committed to teaching and preaching the Word of God and staying true to the Word of God.
CULTURE
We have a diverse culture at Love Community Baptist Church. We want Love Community to be a place where people feel like they can be themselves and encounter God’s life for them. For some, that will mean putting on their Sunday best. For others, that will be casual attire. Whatever you wear, you’ll find people engaging as believers. We want you to be comfortable and know that we believe that all who come in the name of Jesus Christ is welcomed.
VISITOR CARDS
If you’re a first-time guest, we encourage every person to fill out our visitor card so that we can continue to connect with you beyond the worship experience, give updated personal information, or simply communicate something to the church office. You can connect through the QR code or you can visit our website. You can also turn in your card at the end of the service or during the offering period when we give our tithes and offerings.
